1. Overview This website is operated by Lodie ("Lodie," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order.
3. Products and colors We try to show our products and colors as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Product images may show styling that is not included with your order.
4. Pricing and promotions All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. Promotional offers, including "2 for $69," run for the period stated on the site, apply automatically in the cart, and cannot be combined with other product discounts unless we say so. We may end or change a promotion at any time, but not for an order you have already placed.
5. Orders and payment Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping and returns Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.
7. Accuracy of information We may occasionally have typos or errors on the site, including in descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct them and update information at any time without notice.
8. Intellectual property All content on this site, including the Lodie name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to Lodie or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.
9. Reviews and messages you send us If you submit a review, comment or message, you confirm that it is truthful and your own, and you give us permission to display and use it in connection with the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
10. Prohibited uses You may not use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to collect other users' information.
11. Third-party links and services The site may link to third-party services, such as payment providers and carriers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Disclaimer The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
