Shipping We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Timing Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days of being placed. During peak holiday weeks, please allow a few extra days.

Tracking When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check it on our order tracking page at /pages/track-order.

Multiple items If you order more than one Lodie, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address problems Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to update it before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email us with your order number and we will help sort it out.
